DOMESTIC APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely exchange of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags, original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

You have 10 days from when the order was received (As per the tracking) to have it back for a full shop credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT DATE. As our items are handmade to order, customers are limited to one exchange per item.

Your privacy is extremely important to us we do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.

SHIPPING POLICY Free shipping USA over $100. NOT VALID ON SALE ITEMS.

Please note that all items are handmade per order and ship within 1-14 business days (excluding holidays). All domestic orders ship via USPS priority 1-3 days. All international orders ship USPS first class estimated delivery 7-15 days (subject to customs delays) The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. UPS shipping is available upon request.
